In the event that the return is a result of our error, we will also cover the cost of shipping and handling.
We cannot return any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts; this includes any CD, DVD or other packaged product that has been opened or removed from the plastic wrapping, with the exception of defective products.
